Japanese Researchers Set Record For Fastest Wireless Data Transfers With 3Gbit/sec WIFI

Researchers at Tokyo University have invented wifi capable of transferring data at 3 Gigabytes per second over a 542GHz wireless connection, setting a new record for the fastest wireless data transfers. The limitation however, to this invention is that the coverage is limited to around 30 feet.

Chrysler motors have come up with a device which can be used to charge portable devices wirelessly by placing them in a 'power bin'.


All you have to do is place the device inside the bin and built-in charging grid becomes activated which charges the device's battery. However whatever device that is to be charged requires a special case specifically designed for it.

Dress That Becomes See-through When Wearer is Aroused

Technology meets fashion. Dutch designer Daan Roosegaarde designs a dress that becomes transparent when the wearer becomes aroused. According to the designer, it explores the relationship between intimacy and technology. The garment, made of thin leather straps and opaque ribbons, slowly grows transparent as the wearer's heartbeat increases. The dress is called intimacy 2.0.
