A 10-year-old girl from colombia is probably the world's youngest mother after giving birth to a healthy 5-lb baby through C-Section. The girl is a member of the country's Wayuu tribe, which is allowed by the government to carry out certain cultural practices which apparently includes procreating at a very young age. The girl was reportedly 39 weeks pregnant when she arrived at the hospital. It is also learnt that she refused to breastfeed her baby.
